About Me

I was born and raised in Syracuse and have lived and worked in various places in New York, from Rochester to White Plains. I moved to Charlotte in 2007.

I have worked with all ages. I now focus my work on older adolescents and adults.

I maintain a regular mindfulness practice, which includes daily practice, attending retreats, guidance, and instruction from meditation teachers and involvement with a Sangha.

I value education and engage in regular learning experiences and I'm involved in supervision and growth groups with peers / colleagues in the field.

I have always been active and value moving my body.

I live with my husband and daughter.
