Philosophy
I believe clients have the right to be heard and listened to in a non-judgmental, warm, and open environment. I specialize in mindful and value based approaches to help you move towards a life filled with vitality.
In my practice, I offer a unique approach based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, often called ACT. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is one of the recent mindfulness-based behavior therapies shown to be effective with a diverse range of clinical conditions.
